Mckenzie had a friend over to play this morning. It was so fun to watch her interact with her friend. For once, she was the older child and she shared so nicely with her friend. The girls and I ran to the commissary to get our Christmas ham. Mckenzie fell asleep on the drive there and didn't even wake up when I put her in the shopping cart. I can't imagine she was very comfortable sleeping in the cart. Our friends from Mississippi are here in NJ for the holidays so we met up with them for dinner. It was so great to see them. They were our first friends when we moved to pilot training so many years ago and we have kept in touch with them. It is such a blessing to have friends that we can be close with even though we no longer live close :)
