We left for an overnight trip to Pennsylvania today. We took the girls to an amusement park called Dutch Wonderland. It is designed for younger children and it turned out to be a lot of fun! The Philadelphia traffic that we had to drive through though was not! There wasn't enough lanes open at the toll bridge and that backed everything up! But, we made it to the park and took the girls to the waterpark portion. Abby was in love with a water raft tunnel ride that was pitch black. She went on that ride many times. I only went once and that was enough for me. It was humid and dark. Luckily Scott doesn't mind rides like that so Abby always had someone to take her. Mckenzie enjoyed the splash pad, although it wasn't long before she was bundled up in her swimsuit cover-up. The water was a bit chilly and it wasn't hot out. We picked up some pizza on our way to the hotel and lounged in bed to eat dinner. We took the girls swimming at the hotel and they had a kids' pool with slides and water toys. The girls really enjoyed getting to swim again and did not want to head up to the room for bed. It was after 10 before we got them into bed and they were exhausted!

I didn't get any photos of the girls today that we any good. I am playing around with manual and they just didn't turn out. But, Scott did take a pic of me that turned out ok. So that's what ya get for today :)
